Whitehall Farm is proud to be located within the Monticello AVA, named Wine Enthusiast's 2023 wine region of the year. Our vineyard is a small, family-run operation. Each season brings something special in the vineyard; from early spring’s tentative green shoots to summer’s lush & exuberant growth to winter’s restful dormancy . . . we hope you will join us on the hydrangea terrace to enjoy the vineyard’s bounty.
We grow Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, and Chardonnay grape varietals and carefully craft small-batch wines that embody the relaxed elegance of the Virginia countryside.
The South Paddock Winery is the perfect place to enjoy our wines, abundant cheeseboards, and to relax into a slower pace of life. Located at the heart of the 310 acre farm, the winery has a spacious interior perfect for hosting large groups. We greatly appreciate advance notice of large groups - please contact info@whitehallfarmandvineyard.com. The hydrangea terrace and meadow are ideal spots to bring a picnic and relax.
Outside food is welcome. Outside alcoholic beverages are prohibited by law. Pups are welcome on the terrace provided they are leashed and friendly.
